Born in North Hampshire, England, Tania Blackmore-Squires grew up navigating the challenges of a learning difference. However, rather than allowing this to limit her potential, Tania chose to take charge of her own path. At 19, after taking a year out from formal education, she made the bold decision to enrol in teacher training college—a choice that would lead to a successful teaching career spanning over two decades.

During her 20 years in education, Tania developed the discipline, resilience, and skills that would later become the foundation for her continued success. Her time in the classroom not only provided her with essential structure but also instilled a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and a determination to constantly strive for more.

After leaving the teaching profession, Tania transitioned to a new role, working with and supporting children and adults with neurodiversity. This shift allowed her to utilise both her technical expertise and her deep empathy for those facing unique challenges. Despite finding fulfilment in this field, the routine of the traditional 9-to-5 began to feel limiting. Tania realised she wanted more freedom—a life where she could manage her own schedule, create a greater impact, and build something truly her own.

Tania discovered the growing opportunities in online business. Recognising the potential to start a business alongside her existing work, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey. With the guidance of mentors and her characteristic perseverance, she mastered the strategies required to thrive in the digital space. Her hard work paid off, allowing her to build a business that now enables her to "earn while sleeping" and fully embrace the world of digital entrepreneurship.
